  • Campus Recruitment tests (CRTs) are carried out in various Engineering & Management colleges in the country to recruit candidates. The companies (IT/ITES & NON-IT) & students interact at a common place which provides excellent opportunities to young professionals to prove themselves.
  • Aptitude test is an integral part of any Campus Recruitment Test. There are company specific test for Infocys, TCS, L&T Infotech, Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, etc.

CRT Pattern

  • Aptitude Test: Areas covered in the aptitude test of most Companies are quantitative ability, Data interpretation, Data sufficiency, Logical Reasoning, verbal ability, Reading Comprehension & computer skills. The tests are well structured & each company has its own pattern. One must clear this test to move next stage of the selection process.
  • Interview: Some companies combine Technical & general Interview, while some separately. A personal interview is aimed at knowing a candidate more intimately - assessing the clarity of thinking process, future goals and the 'fit' with the company .it evaluates a candidate's interpersonal and soft skills, career plans & academic, personal and professional accomplishments. A candidate should have a clear career goal when you face an interview panel.
  • Group Discussion: Most companies are very clear about the skills and knowledge that they look for in a student while screening. Group Discussion has been a part of the recruitment process to assess certain group skills that cannot be evaluated in an interview. These include reasoning ability, leadership ability, Inspiring ability, flexibility, creativity, social skills, listening and articulation skills, situational handling ability, interpersonal ability to function as a team player, body language and attitude. These are the skills which are very much required to become a successful professional.
